Mr Ludada was recruited by the Eastern Cape Department of Health in 2004 to pursue a BSc Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in Tumaini University Tanzania. This was part of Eastern Cape Department of Health recruitment and retaining strategy to combat the limited number of these cadre of professionals and service in the province and the country at large. Upon completion he served 4 years at Frere Hospital East London.
The first first In 2014 he was awarded a Master Scholarship by Australian Government through Australia Awards in Africa program. Australia Awards in Africa provides access to postgraduate education, training and professional development opportunities for suitably qualified Africans from eligible countries. On their return to the workplace, Australia Awards Alumni are expected to contribute to the development of their home countries. Upon completion in 2015 he joined Walter Sisulu University in a new training program in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
While working at WSU, it was then where he established Ludada and Associate Orthopedic services in order to address the social challenges affecting people with disabilities, the Training University WSU, Students, lecturers and the Department of Health.
The Currently why running the business he is also doing his Master in Business Administration at Regenesys Business School.
